7 LBS Beef roast
1 cup water
3TBSP vinegar
4 TBSP brown sugar
2 tsp dry mustard
4 TBSP Worcestershire sauce
3 cups ketchup
2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
6 cloves garlic
Put roast in slow cooker along with the water and cook on low for 2-4 hours (till it can be shredded)
Shred with fork, Add rest of ingredients and stir to cover meat and continue to cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve on buns

Chili~ Mom Workman
Beans

Meatloaf Muffins~ Rachel Ray
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 small onion cut into quarters
1 small green bell pepper
splash of milk
1 large egg beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
2 TBSP grill seasoning (Montreal steak seasoning)
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup salsa
1 TBSP Worcester sauce
Preheat oven to 450 deg grease muffin pan
put onion and peppers in food processor and chop
whisk mild egg and and to meat and veg. mixture then add bread crumbs and grill season.
In a small bowl mix BBQ sauce, Worcester sauce and salsa pour 1/2 in meat mix. Use ice cream scoop to put into muffin pan. Bake about 15 minutes

Taco Soup ~ Allison Beavans
2 cans of beans (what ever you like) Drained
2 cans tomatoes (or one home canned quart)

Beef Stroganoff~ Mom Workman
1 LB beef cut into strips
2 1 1/2 cup beef broth
1 tsp garlic
2 TBSP ketchup
salt and pepper
2 TBSP butter or Marg
8 oz mushrooms
1 med onion chopped
3 TBSP flour
1/2 cup water 1 cup sour cream
Melt butter and cook onion and mushrooms until but but slightly krisp. Remove from pan and set aside. Add beef to pan brown and add beef broth. Ketchup, garlic salt pepper. Bring to Boil and cover and lower heat. Simmer for 20 minutes (until meat is tender) Shake flour and water and stir in till thickened. Add Sour cream and serve immediately.
* I like to add a can of golden mushroom soup with the ketchup step.
Serve over noodles or rice
