1 8 Oz can pineapple rings drained and reserved
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
4 pork chops
1 pinch black pepper
Mix sauce and place in zip lock bag and marinade pork chops over night in sauce reserve the pineapple rings
Cook chops on a grill on medium heat, Grill until browned (about 5-8 minutes each side)Place pineapple rings onto the grill and allow to cook until hot and the slices show grill marks serve on top of pork chops.

Special Occasion Stuffed Crown Pork Roast
7 pounds crown pork roast
2 cups chopped cranberries
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 onions chopped
2 cups chopped celery
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
8 cups white bread cubes
2 apples peeled cored and chopped
1/2 cup apple juice
1 egg
1 tsp poultry seasoning
Directions: Preheat oven to 375 deg
Season pork roast with salt and pepper to taste then place on rack in an open roasting pan, rib ends down.
Mean while in a medium bowl combine cranberries and sugar and mix well: Set aside. melt butter in large skillet over med heat. Add onions and celery and saute until tender. (about 10 minutes). Add cranberry mixture, 2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper, bread cubes, apples, apple juice, egg and poultry seasoning. Toss well
After the two hours remove roast from oven Turn rib ends up and fill cavity with cranberry/ apple stuffing.
Return stuffed roast to oven and continue roasting at 375 deg for about 1 1/2 hours.
To serve: place roast on warm platter and let stand for 15 minutes for easier carving.

Apricot Pineapple Ham~ Taste of Home
1/2 fully cooked bone in ham (5-7 lbs)
1 can 6 oz pineapple juice
1 jar (10 oz) pineapple preserves
1 jar (10 oz) apricot preserves
2 cans 8 oz each sliced pineapple drained
1 jar maraschino cherries with stems
Place ham on rack in roasting pan. Score the surface making diamond shapes 1/2 in deep. Pour pineapple juice over the ham. Cover and bake at 325 for 1 1/4 hours.
Uncover brush ham with preserves. Arrange pineapple slices and cherries on ham, securing with wooden toothpicks. Bake uncovered 25-30 minutes longer.

Sweet and Sour Pork Chops~ Sherri Gentry
6 pork chops
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup ketchup
2 TBSP honey
2 TBSP vinegar
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
4 TBSP Cornstarch
2 TBSP water
Put pork chops in 9x13 pan in a bowl mix pineapple juice, ketchup, honey, vinegar, mustard, and salt.Pour over pork cover and bake at 350 deg for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer till meat is tender. Remove chops and thicken sauce with cornstarch and water mixture. Cook until thick and bubbly serve over chops.
