Soft Pretzels~ Melissa Jones

1 TBSP yeast
1 1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 1/2 cup flour
mix yeast and water wait 10 minutes
combine all other ingredients and let rise 30 min roll and shape. Dip in soada and water (1/4 cup baking soda to pie pan of water) and place on greased cookie sheet
Sprinkele with kosher salt or cinnamon and sugar
and bake for 10 minutes at 375 deg brush with butter while hot

Pumpkin Muffins/Bread~ Melanie

4 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups pumpkin
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup nuts (opt)
1 bag chocolate chips
Mix wet ingredients and dry seperatly then slowly add dry to mix
Bake at 350 for 45 minfor bread or 20-25 for muffins (we perfer muffins!)

Aloha Bread~ Mickey Herrin

1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup mashed bananas
4 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 20 oz cann crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup coconut
Preheat oven to 325 deg Grease 2 loaf pans. Set aside. In large mixing bowl cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. stir in bananas in separate bowl mix flour, baking powder, soda, and salt. Then add to banana mixture. Blend well, but be careful not to over mix. Add pineapple, pecans and coconut and mix together on low speed until blended. Pour into pans and bake for 60 to 80 min.

Best Whole wheat bread~ Sherri Gentry

5 cups warm water
2 TBSP yeast
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup honey
1TBSP Salt
10 cups wheat flour
Don't use extra flour if sticks wet hands with water, need for about 12 minutes. Well greased pan rise one time. bake at 375 deg for 30-35 minutes

Fairy Rolls ~Allison Bevans

(1/2 this most of the time)
1 cup shortening (or margarine)
2 cups hot water
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2tsp salt
8 cups flour
2 pkg yeast (4 TBSP)
1 TBSP baking powder
* Combine hot water and shortening, then add yeast and sugar add eggs and beat.Stir in dry ingredients. Let rise until double.
Shape rolls rise and bake at 400 deg for 10 min.

Pizza dough~ Linda Pederson

I half this for our family or freeze the other half for next time
3 cups warm water
3 TBSP yeast
salt
3 TBSP sugar
6 TBSP oil
9 cups flour
Bake 425 deg for 12 minutes

Bread/ rolls/ cin rolls ~ Grandma Donna Workman

4 cups warm water
2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
1 cube margarine
1 TBSP yeast
6-7 flour
Use soften butter dissolve yeast in water. Add all but flour stir well.
Cover and leave for 10 min. Add remaining flour, 1 cup at a time until stiff
Use hands and add more flour and knead don't let get dry. Use oil or flour on hands to keep from sticking.
Cover and let rise till double in size about 1 hour
beat down and knead again cover and let rise again in bread pans
Bake at 350 deg for one hour Remove from pans to cool. Butter tops
(for rolls change water to mild and add 1 egg)

2 TBSP shortning
4 TBSP sugar
4 tsp salt
Warm in pan just till shortning melts

4 cups flour
5 tsp yeast
add milk mixture and add 4 more cups of flour as kneeding Make at 375 deg for 30 minutes in greased pans.
This also works well with 1/2 wheat and 1/2 white flour

Chocolate Zucchini Bread~ Jenn Tietjen

3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
Mix
Add
2 1/2 cup shredded Zuccini
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 tsp cinnimon
1 tsp salt
1tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
3 TBSP cocoa

add 1 cup chopped nuts (opt)
1 bag chocolate chips
pour into 2 large bread pans (greased)
Bake at 350 deg for 1 hour
