4 1/2 cup milk
2 TBSP shortning
4 TBSP sugar
4 tsp salt
Warm in pan just till shortning melts

4 cups flour
5 tsp yeast
add milk mixture and add 4 more cups of flour as kneeding Make at 375 deg for 30 minutes in greased pans.
This also works well with 1/2 wheat and 1/2 white flour
