4 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups pumpkin
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup nuts (opt)
1 bag chocolate chips
Mix wet ingredients and dry seperatly then slowly add dry to mix
Bake at 350 for 45 minfor bread or 20-25 for muffins (we perfer muffins!)
